Bengali Rannapuja vlog, Suman Guides, Howrah a small city and small district in West Bengal, Rannapuja is a traditional puja festival of Howrah District, Bengali Rannapuja festival is a festival of reciepe and it was occurred in rainy season in the fifth month of Bengali calendar, Festival of Howrah District is very famous to the people of Howrah District and 5 Easy Bengali Recipes for new Foodies, নমস্কার বন্ধুরা, সুমন গাইডস ইউটিউব চ্যানেলের একটি নতুন পর্বে আপনাদের সবাইকে স্বাগত। আজ আমরা নিয়ে এসেছি আমাদের হাওড়া জেলার একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী পার্বন রান্নাপূজার ইতিহাস নিয়ে।কথায় আছে বাঙালির বারো মাসে তেরো পার্বণ। সেই পার্বনের একটি অন্যতম হল এই রান্নাপূজো।যা কিছুক্ষেত্রে অরন্ধন নামেও পরিচিত। বর্ষাকালে পুকুর, নদী,খাল,বিল সব কিছু বৃষ্টির কারণে ডুবে যায়।ফলে বিষধর সাপেরা লোকালয়ে চলে আসে। অসাবধানতায় মানুষকে ছোবল মারে,যার অবশ্যম্ভাবী ফল হল মৃত্যু। এই সাপের উপদ্রব থেকে বাঁচতে এবং সর্পদেবী মনসাকে তুষ্ট করতে এই পূজার আয়োজন করা হয়।এটি শুধুমাত্র একটি সাধারণ পূজাই নয়, এটা হাওড়া জেলার একটি আঞ্চলিক উৎসবও বটে।এই মনসার পূজা কে কেন্দ্র করে মানুষ অরন্ধন উৎসবে মেতে ওঠে। আগের দিন রাতে রান্না করা ভাত, বিভিন্ন ভাজাভুজি,ডাল,শাক,পায়েস ইত্যাদি দেবীর উদ্দেশ্যে নিবেদন করা হয়। সারা ভাদ্রমাস জুড়েই চলে এই উৎসব।এই রান্নাপূজা বিভিন্ন নামে পরিচিত।সব রান্নাপূজার নিয়ম প্রায় একই রকম শুধুমাত্র সময়ের হেরফেরে নামের রকমফের দেখা যায়। ভাদ্রমাসের যেকোনো শনিবার ও মঙ্গলবার যে রান্না হয় তাকে ইচ্ছারান্না বলে। এক্ষেত্রে একটি পরিবার ইচ্ছা মত যেকোনো শনিবার বা মঙ্গলবার রান্না করে পরের দিন পান্না করে অর্থাৎ সেই ভোগ দেবীকে নিবেদন করে। ষষ্ঠীর দিন যে রান্না হয় তাকে ষষ্টীরান্না বলে। মাসের আঠাশ তারিখে যে রান্না হয় তাকে আঠাশে রান্না বা গাবড়া রান্না বলে।আর সংক্রান্তির আগের দিন রান্না করে সেই ভোগ সংক্রান্তির দিন দেবীর কাছে নিবেদন করাকে বুড়োরান্না বলে। সাধারণত সূর্য ডোবার পর বাড়ির গৃহিণীরা স্নান সেরে নতুন বস্ত্র পরিধান করে রান্না শুরু করেন। অনেক রকমের ভাজাভুজি, ডাল, শাক, পায়েস,অম্বল,মাছ ইত্যাদি বিভিন্ন পদ রান্না করা হয়।এর পরের দিন অর্থাৎ ভাদ্রের সংক্রান্তির দিন পান্না করা হয়।ঐদিন সূর্যোদয়ের পর একটি পরিস্কার ঘরে মনসা গাছ স্থাপন করা হয়। আগের দিন রান্না করা সমস্ত উপকরণ মনসা দেবীর উদ্দেশ্যে থালায় সাজিয়ে ঐ গাছের সামনে রাখা হয়। এছাড়া চাল,কলা, মিস্টিও নৈবেদ্য আকারে সাজানো হয়। সাধারনভাবে পূরোহিত এই মনসার পূজা সম্পন্ন করে থাকেন। রান্নার পরের দিন অর্থাৎ পান্নার দিন কোনো বাড়িতে উনান জালানো হয় না। আত্মীয় পরিজন, বন্ধু বান্ধব,পাড়া প্রতিবেশী আনন্দ সহকারে ঐ প্রসাদ গ্রহণ করে থাকে।সর্পকূলের হাত থেকে রক্ষা পেতে কোলকাতার একদম পাশে এই জেলায় আজও মহাসমারোহে পালন করা হয় এই রান্না পূজা।এটি হাওড়া জেলার লোকসংস্কৃতির একটি অঙ্গ। বন্ধুরা আমাদের চ্যানেলের ভিডিওগুলো আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে লাগলে লাইক দিয়ে আমাদের পাশে থাকবেন আর আমাদের চ্যানেলটিকে সাবস্ক্রাইব করবেন আর কমেন্ট বক্সে লিখে অবশ্যই জানাবেন আপনার গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মতামত। ভালো থাকবেন আপনারা সবাই সুস্থ থাকবেন ,
